Things to know about Conner Habib
He’s a porn star. You probably know that already.
He went to school for years and years and eventually taught at a few schools and got worn out by the lack of spirituality and sexuality in academia. Both things, he reasoned, make the world go round, so why aren’t they talked about in school? So he decided to be a porn star.
He’s well aware that being a porn star - like going to grad school for creative writing and organismic and evolutionary biology - is not what is commonly referred to as a “practical decision.”
He likes good food.
He meditates every day.
He grew up in suburban PA, where there were KKK marches from time to time. Then he moved to Western Massachusetts and lived, happily, for eight years. He still misses those woods full of turkeys and wind and coyote sounds. But hey, San Francisco isn’t so bad either. He likes the guys on street corners holding hands and the don’t-have-to-drive-everywhere thing and the clean breeze every day.
He thinks the previously mentioned practical decisions are often worthwhile, but that a life lived out of them is boring.
He wants you to read a book from time to time, if you’re up to it. He’s not going to force you though, because that would be dumb.
He knows it sounds really grandiose, but in his own way, he’s trying to make the world a better place.
He wonders, often, if he’s the only person who is as unreasonably obsessed with gay porn star Blake Harper as he is with writer and intellectual Susan Sontag.
He studies anthroposophy, a Western esoteric tradition, as much as he can, and has experienced a lot of truly weird shit from doing so.
He thinks being serious and lighthearted all at once is a great trick to pull off.
He’s happy to present a site that mentions pornography, Rudolf Steiner, meditation, food, and books all in the same place. That’s the point of this site and maybe his life, he thinks. To integrate everything and show that sex and intellectualism and dance music and philosophy and spiritual feelings do not belong in separate, discreet boxes, but rather all meet and intermingle in each person.
He wants to hear from you as much as you want to talk with him. Connerhabibsocial@gmail.com
He knows that almost all bios sound pretentious and can't help but grow tired of writing about himself in the third person. So hi, thanks for looking at my site.
Big love to all of you!
